Additional Services

  • Regular Maintenance

    $50 per hour * Includes basic electrical and plumbing work. 

  • Renovations & Capital Improvements

    Through contacts built throughout the years, we take your renovations from start to finish, on time and on budget, working with property owner and existing tenants through completion.

  • Professional Services

    $50 per hour*

    • When a representative from our office is required to appear on your behalf for court appearances, evictions, or in another professional setting. This includes document services not otherwise included. In some cases the owner may be required to appear in person or have legal counsel represent them. Boston Property Services does not provide legal services, but will be happy to refer a qualified professional.

  • Building Upkeep

    Services Include: Property Inspections, Snow & Ice Removal, Monthly Cleanings, Landscaping, Capital Improvements Renovations

Tenant Move-Out

When it's time for a tenant to move out, we'll take care of all move-out procedures, including final inspections, security deposit returns, and turnover maintenance.
